Express has developed takeout, and delivery units, full-service restaurants, as well as food court concepts. Choice is a federally inspected manufacturer of fresh and frozen Chinese food items for wholesalers in Canada. It offers traditional Chinese cuisine. It serves a variety of other flavorful dishes, including appetizers and savoury soups. Its northern Chinese dish consists of sliced beef, ginger, and green onions. It operates takeout and delivery restaurants in approximately seven locations across Calgary. The Company serves through its restaurants, including Ginger Beef Bistro House, Ginger Beef Peking House and Ginger Beef Express.
