FORVAL CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the communications related business, mobile shop business and environmental consulting business. The Company has four business segments. The FORVAL Business Group segment is engaged in the sale of office automation (OA) and network equipment, the provision of related services, as well as the consulting business. The FORVAL Telecom Business Group segment is engaged in the provision of communication services such as voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) and mobile, as well as the general printing business and the insurance agency business. The Mobile Shop Business Group segment is engaged in the sale of mobile terminals. The General Environmental Consulting Business Group segment is engaged in the provision of all-electric and eco-friendly residential facilities, and light emitting diode (LED) lighting equipment. The Company is also engaged in the technician dispatch business and information technology (IT) education business.
