The Company is primarily active in the operation of five-star hotel InterContinental Bucharest. The Company’s hotel facilities include 257 guest rooms, two restaurants and 11 conference rooms. The InterContinental Bucharest hotel offers health and fitness center, spa, entertainment and recreation offerings, housekeeping, laundry and travel services, shops, activities for children, as well as various business services. The Company’s dining services are provided through two restaurants, Corso Brasserie and Modigliani Restaurant. The InterContinental Bucharest has also a lounge bar, Intermezzo Piano Bar. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a wholly owned subsidiary, Hotel Lido Bucuresti Srl.
