Cementos Molins SA is a Spain-based company engaged in the production, distribution and sale of cements, lime and gypsum, as well as other related construction materials. The Company is also involved in the exploitation of quarries and deposits of clay, limestone and gypsum. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Cementos Molins Industrial SAU, Promotora Mediterranea-2 SA, Prefabricaciones y Contratas SAU, Propamsa SAU, Cemolins Internacional SL, Portcemen SA and Minus Inversora SA, among others. In addition, Noumea SA was the Companyâ€™s major shareholder with 32.09% of its interest.
