The Residential development segment is engaged in the sale of high-end residential lots and condominium units. The Shopping centers segment develops shopping centers and leases to third parties of retail space and land therein; food courts, entertainment facilities and car parks in these shopping centers, and management and operation of malls. The Corporate business segment is engaged in the development and leasing of office buildings.
