Cassius Mining Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in industrial minerals development and mining exploration in two geographical locations, being Australia and Africa. The Soalara project is located immediately south of St Augustin where the Onilahy River enters the Mozambique Channel. The Project consists of two contiguous mining permits encompassing a total area of approximately 18.75 kilometers (kms). The Soalara deposit includes a horizontal sequence of bedded Eocene limestones of approximately 80 meters thickness, overburden free. The Soalara project has a JORC exploration target of 491 to 818 metric tons of limestone. The Gbane Project lies within the Talensi District of the Upper East region in northeastern Ghana. Its large scale prospecting license covers an approximately 13.791 square kilometers area. Its producing Shaanxi gold mine is located to the west of the Gbane project and is located at the sheared margin of the Nangodi Belt.
