Boustead Projects Limited is a Singapore-based provider of eco-sustainable real estate solutions with a regional presence across Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam. The principal activities of the Company are to provide turnkey Engineering & Construction (E&C) services, including design-and-build services, as well as development management, asset and leasing management, and fund management services for diversified classes of real estate. The Company has three segments: E&C, Real Estate, and HQ Activities. E&C segment is engaged in the provision of turnkey E&C services. Real Estate is engaged in the development, owning, management, leasing and sale of properties, and real estate fund management. HQ Activities is engaged in the management of financial assets and other investments. It has constructed and/or developed approximately 3,000,000 square meters of real estate for clients across diverse sectors, like aerospace, business parks, food, healthcare and pharmaceutical, and other.
