The Company's main holding is CEE Hotel Holdings BV (CEE), a private company incorporated in Holland. CEE initiates, establishes, builds and develops business opportunities in the hotel sector in East and Central Europe. The subsidiary also operates and manages hotels through several management companies. CEE's activity is carried out through local subsidiaries, were each project is designated a managing company.
