Its Mico gold property consists of one concession covering approximately 10.4 hectares and is accessible from the village of Barranco de Loba. The Mina Luz property is located southwest of the town of Popayan in the department of Cauca, approximately 150 kilometers (km) to the south-southwest of the town of Cali, in the southwestern part of Colombia, the municipality of Patia. The property consists of mining concession No DJU-071 covering 40 hectares. The Esperanza asphaltite property covers approximately 298 hectares. The property lies 70 km north-northwest of the city of Bucaramanga. The Rio Negro asphaltite property is located 50 km north-northwest of the city of Bucaramanga. It also has a land package totaling 1,500 square kilometers located in the Austrian Pegmatite Belt. Its land package includes the Frederick Property.
