Electroarges SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the manufacture of electric domestic appliances. It divides its products in few groups: household appliances; home appliances; professional items for hotels, institutions and for industrial purposes; electrical portable tools; devices, tools and tool kits; concrete compacting vibrators; automotive equipment; accessories for vacuum cleaners; mills for grinding plastic, and plastic granules providers. Its products include hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, hand dryers, electrical drilling machines, tool boxes, electrical concrete vibrators and automotive electro-pumps, among others. It provides services, such as plastics processing, casting under pressure, punching, mechanic splintering processing, thermal treatment, galvanic coverings and painting by pulverizing in electrostatic field. Between May 20, 2014, and June 10, 2014, it acquired a 22.6027% stake in Concifor SA; as a result of the transaction it holds a 67.0217% in Concifor SA.
