Sound Equity Income ETF (SDEI) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks current income and long-term capital appreciation. SDEI seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in common stock issued by dividend-paying, mid-and large-capitalization companies. The sub-adviser focuses on companies with what it believes are sound economic foundations, as demonstrated by indicators such as: generally positive cash flows, favorable profitability ratios and manageable leverage ratios.
