First Trust Cloud Computing UCITS ETF - USD Share Price

The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of an equity index called the ISE Cloud Computing Index (the 'Index'). In order to achieve its investment objective, the investment policy of this Fund is to invest at least 90% of its net assets in a portfolio of equity securities that consists of the equity securities of the Index or in depositary receipts that may include American Depositary Receipts ('ADRs'), Global Depositary Receipts ('GDRs), European Depositary Receipts ('EDRs') or other depositary receipts representing securities in the Index where direct investment in a constituent security of the Index is not possible.
