Operations in France reported an increase in revenue to 2,458.6 million euros (up 2.5% compared to 2024) with operating profit remaining stable relative to 2024. International activities saw revenue grow to 1,973.6 million euros (up 9.7% compared to 2024).
Net profit Group share stood at 84.3 million euros, a decrease of 73 million euros compared to 2024. "It was impacted by the increase in tax expenses for the year despite a lower base than in 2024, notably due to the effect of the corporate tax surcharge in France (11.8 million euros) and the non-deductibility of the charge related to the tax audit in Italy (9.9 million euros)," the Group explained.
"Starting in May 2026, a new governance structure will be implemented in which the Chairman and CEO will be supported by two Chief Operating Officers, one for France and one for International. They will work actively on defining the next 2027-2031 strategic plan to adapt to market developments and consolidate STEF's positions over the long term," management announced.
Stef specializes in the transport and logistics of temperature-controlled products (from -25°C to +15°C). Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- transportation and logistics in France (48%): for industrial companies, large-scale distribution, and catered banquet facilities;
- transportation and logistics in international (38.6%): activities carried out in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland;
- other (13.4%).
