Norwegian fish-farming company Salmar has completed the share buyback program that began on August 25. The shares are expected to be used for delivery to participants in the company's incentive plan.

A total of 100,000 shares were repurchased, equivalent to 0.07 percent of the company, for about 56 million Norwegian kroner.

The average price was 561.73 Norwegian kroner per share.

After the buybacks, Salmar holds 158,755 treasury shares, equivalent to about 0.12 percent of all shares.
