Vanessa H. Mai

Ms. Mai brings a solid background in finance, marketing and investor relations to Lionheart.
Prior to joining Lionheart, Ms. Mai was the Marketing Coordinator and Investor Relations Officer for Falcon Financial, a listed REIT (acquired by iStar NYSE: SFI) focused on real estate lending to auto dealerships.
While at Falcon, Ms. Mai assisted with the IPO of the company and marketing campaigns.
Prior to Falcon, Ms. Mai was a financial analyst at Zomax Incorporated, where she managed the financial accounts with Microsoft, Dell, and HP/Compaq.
Spanning her decade long career at Lionheart, Ms. Mai has assumed numerous operating roles including acquisition integration director, operations manager of Selas' Pennsylvania combustion products plant, safety compliance officer creating the model for safety programs now launched in three of Lionheart's plants that previously had no safety program, human resources leadership, marketing manager, sales customer service manager and sales engineer.
Ms. Mai earned a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of California Berkeley.
