Her passion for social impact led her to Bangalore, India, where she worked with Unitus Labs and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to develop innovative capital markets strategies and inclusive financial products and services.
Tracy graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Art History.
She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with a concentration in Marketing.
Tracy is a member of the Philanthropic Advisory Council for the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Northwestern as well as the Executive Board of Northwestern’s Chemistry of Life Process Institute.
