Dr. Todd Mattina is a Head Economist, Asset & Risk Allocation Chief Investment Officer at State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB).

He holds a PhD in Economics from Queen’s University in Ontario, a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of British Colombia in Vancouver, and a bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University.
