Profile
Mr. Paul is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and serves as Co-Chair of the Tax Group.
He has years experience providing tax and business advice, especially for partnerships and other pass-through entities, including numerous private equity funds.
He divides his practice between providing tax support for business law clients and, represents developers, syndicators, and investors in affordable housing developments using the low-income housing tax credit, and other tax incentives.
Mr. Paul has served as a visiting lecturer in real estate taxation and finance at Yale Law School and as an instructor in the Boston University Graduate Tax Program, and is also a former chair of the Committee on Real Estate of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation.
In addition to his law degree, he has an L.L.M in Taxation.
