Ms. Springer earned her degree from the Concordia Teacher’s College and is an honoree of the YWCA-sponsored “Women of Achievement” Award.

Active in her community, she volunteers for the American Cancer Society, the Northside Optimist Club and the Village of Buckingham Neighborhood Association.
