Ms. Springer joined Baird in 1997.
Ms. Springer earned her degree from the Concordia Teacher’s College and is an honoree of the YWCA-sponsored “Women of Achievement” Award.
She was nominated for the Athena Award sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce Connections Group, recognizing her leadership qualities and contributions to her community.
Active in her community, she volunteers for the American Cancer Society, the Northside Optimist Club and the Village of Buckingham Neighborhood Association.
She sits on the Board of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Friends Association.
