Robyn Ivy

As Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the human resources department, Robyn Ivy plays a key role in identifying top-tier talent for the organization and has direct influence over Accion’s positioning and design of outreach strategies for each department and the organization at large.
In addition, Robyn actively shapes HR strategy and contributes to key organizational initiatives, including Accion’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work.
Robyn brings over twenty years of recruitment experience.
Before joining Accion, Robyn worked at Creative Associates as an International Recruitment Manager.
Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
