Prior to joining Formative in July 2007, Ms. Casey spent four years as the assistant controller at Sierra Ventures, a Menlo Park venture capital firm with over $1B in assets under management.
Before her career in venture capital, she had ten years of operating experience in a variety of finance and accounting positions with companies such as GCG, FogDog Sports and Citicorp Bankers Leasing.
Ms. Casey started her career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand in San Francisco.
She is a Registered C.P.A. and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in accounting from St. Mary's College.
