Dr. Robert D.
Tollen is Chairman & Trustee at El Paso Firemen & Policemen's Pension Fund.
He has served on the Board of Trustees as a mayoral appointee since 2002.
He currently serves as chairman of the Investment Committee and member of the Budget & Finance Committee and the Actuary & Audit Committee.
Following an academic career spanning some 33 years, Dr. Tollen retired from UTEP in 2005 as an Associate Professor of Finance and Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration.
Dr. Tollen received his doctorate in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
He has been a Registered Investment Adviser in the State of Texas since 1987.
