Mr. Kelly started in Capita in February 1994.
Prior to this he was a Divisional Director of Cap Gemini UK and Hoskyns.
He started in Capita as Managing Director of local government software business and subsequently head of Software Services Division.
In 2000 he was promoted to the Executive Management Board with responsibility for the Professional Services Division.
In February 2002 he took over as head of the Business Services Division.
