Inter Pipeline Ltd. is a midstream oil and natural gas company, which engages in the provision of oil transportation, natural gas liquid processing, and bulk liquid storage services. The Transportation segment consists of oil sands and conventional oil pipelines, as well as bulk liquid storage terminals. The Facilities Infrastructure segment owns assets that provide customers with NGL, offgas and petrochemical products and services. The Marketing segment manages the logistics and sale of products not produced under fee-based or cost-of-service agreements, as well as engages in pipeline and facility optimization opportunities. The New Ventures segment focuses on the development of large-scale innovative projects to create cash flow streams, while serving its customers through enhanced services or market access. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
