Post Mr. Spencer's independent consulting agreement with DLF Pickseed / La Crosse Seed, he founded Spencer Advisory Group where he provided outsourced CFO and operating partner services to middle-market businesses and private equity firms.As Operating Partner for the funds, Mr. Spencer focuses on providing due diligence services; outsourced financial leadership / integration services; change management support; and, in-depth consulting (e.g.
financial, HR, IT/ERP) throughout the acquisition process and transition of executive level positions in new investments.
Mr. Spencer began his career in 2006.
Prior to being the CFO at La Crosse Forage & Turf Seed, LLC, Mr. Spencer spent two years at Kraft Foods Global Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Lunchables and Convenient Meals groups.
Mr. Spencer received a BS in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University and a MBA in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
