Muriel Pénicaud

Muriel Pénicaud is the founder of Web TV Enterprise Ltd.
She currently holds the position of Vice Chairman-Law & Management School at Université Paris II Panthéon Assas since 2012.
She is also an Independent Director at ManpowerGroup, Inc. starting in 2022.
Additionally, she is a Member of the International Energy Agency.
Ms. Pénicaud has previously worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Business France, Chairman of Ubifrance, and Executive Chairman of Institut Natl du Travail, de l'Emploi & de la Formation Prof.
She has also served as Chairman of Agence Française pour les Investissements Internationaux, Chairman of AgroParisTech from 2013 to 2014, Chairman of Le Fonds Danone pour l’Écosystème from 2009 to 2014, and Independent Director at Orange SA from 2011 to 2014.
Furthermore, she has held positions as a Director at SNCF EPIC, Aéroports de Paris ADP, and Société Nationale SNCF.
From 2002 to 2008, she was the EVP-Human Resources & Sustainable Development at Dassault Systèmes SA, and from 2008 to 2014, she served as President-Human Resources at Danone SA. She also held the role of Minister of Labor, Employment & Social Dialogue in the Government of France from 2017 to 2020.
Additionally, she has been a Trustee at Forum Mondial de L'Economie and a Member of Haut Conseil du Dialogue Social.
Ms. Pénicaud completed her undergraduate degree at INSEAD.
