The firm was founded by Paul Xiradis and Reubert Hayes in 1997 as a joint venture between the founding investors and Dexia Asset Management. The firm was formerly known as Ausbil Dexia Ltd. and changed their name to Ausbil Investment Management Ltd. when they were acquired by NYLIC in 2014. Headquartered in Sydney, Ausbil primarily manages Australian and global equities for superannuation funds, institutional investors, master trusts and Australian retail clients. The firm provides discretionary investment management services to managed investment trusts offered in Australia. Ausbil is a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

AMP Capital Investors Ltd. (AMPCI) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of AMP Capital Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by financial group AMP Ltd. (ASX: AMP) in Australia. Founded in 1849 as the non-profit Australian Mutual Provident Society, the group is an Australian superannuation provider and asset manager. The firm is headquartered in Sydney with additional offices in New Zealand, Dubai, China, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, UK and the US. They were one of the first to invest in infrastructure when they participated in the financing of the Sydney Harbour Tunnel in 1988. ING Investment Management (Australia) Ltd. (INGIM-AU) is the Australian subsidiary of UBS Global Asset Management (Australia) Ltd., itself a subsidiary of UBS AG (NYSE: UBS) in Switzerland. INGIM-AU provides investment services to Australian institutions (pension funds, government agencies, charitable organizations) and high-net-worth individuals. They also offer pooled and segregated products covering all asset classes. The firm operates in close relationship with ING Australia Ltd., a joint venture between ING and ANZ Bank, advising a variety of external funds, in particular the OptiMix Fund of Funds investment platform.
