He has over 25 years of experience in financial services and investment banking.
Prior to Berenson, Michael was the Controller for a significant business unit of Zurich Financial Services; a Senior Accountant at Marsh & McLennan; and a Staff Accountant at Price Waterhouse.
Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and hold Series 7, 24, 27, 79 and 99 registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
Michael received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management with honors from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with honors from the University at Albany.
