Mr. Shaw was then recruited by Centennial Ventures to help open an Austin, Texas office.
While Mr. Shaw was with Centennial Ventures, the firm successfully raised their seventh fund which had capital commitments of approximately $400 million.
It was at Prime New Ventures and Centennial Ventures that Mr. Shaw received training in the venture capital industry from a group of partners that had all been in the business since 1981.
Mr. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, Master of Business Administration, Harvard University, and a Master of Accounting, University of Miami.
