Ms. Leslie Ameslon has worked on a number of private equity initiated deals in the UK and Continental Europe on various sectors (including Healthcare, Energy, Food & Retail, and Industrials) .
She was also involved in the financial restructuring of a number of mid-cap companies.
Prior to joining Amplio Partners, Leslie spent seven years in Investment Banking and Leveraged & Acquisition Finance working for Kaupthing Bank and previously for Societe Generale CIB in London and Paris .
She joined Amplio Partners in February 2009 and is an MBA graduate from ESSEC Business School (Paris).
