Ms. Karlic joined GEAM in April 2002 from Citigroup Investments (formerly Travelers Insurance Company) where she spent the last seventeen years of her twenty-five year financial services career.
Her Citigroup career began at Travelers Insurance Company as an analyst in the Private Placement Group.
From there, she became Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer for Travelers and, from 1993 to 1999, Ms. Karlic was head of fixed income research.
In her last position with Citigroup, she actively managed nine portfolios with approximately $10 billion in fixed income assets.
Ms. Karlic has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Babson College (1976), A Master of Science in Accounting from the University at Hartford, and is the holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Babson College.
