Katherine Armstrong

Katherine Armstrong is a vice president in the tax group based in our Providence office.
Prior to joining Providence in 2021, she worked at PwC in the firm’s asset management tax practice.
Prior to that, she was a tax director, specializing in private equity, venture capital and fund of funds client service.
Ms. Armstrong holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accountancy from Providence College and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bryant University.
