Mr. Justin M.
Schack is a Head of Global Market Structure at Rosenblatt Securities, Inc. He heads Rosenblatt’s Market Structure Analysis group, which provides asset managers, exchange groups, proprietary trading firms, regulators and other clients with in-depth intelligence on global market structure and the exchange industry.
Prior to joining Rosenblatt in February 2008, he spent 14 years as a financial and public-affairs journalist, most recently as Assistant Managing Editor of Institutional Investor.
He also has served on the Market Structure Advisory Committee of the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, testified before the US Securities and Exchange Commission and prepared US Congressional testimony on market-structure issues.
He holds a BA in history from Seton Hall University and an MA in history from the University of Connecticut.
