Mr. Jim Tanner is a Director-Operations at Saratoga Research & Investment Management.
He is responsible for all of SaratogaRIM’s operations.
He manages the firm’s Advent portfolio management systems, including the powerful Axys 3 accounting and reporting system and the Moxy trade order management system.
He is responsible for the compilation and presentation of the firm’s performance measurement and reporting, utilization of tax management tools, and billing.
Prior to joining the Saratoga Research & Investment Management in 1995, Mr. Tanner ran the operations for Kevin Tanner portfolio management team at Smith Barney.
He has nearly two decades of investment-related and trading experience.
Mr. Tanner received a BS in Combined Sciences from Santa Clara University in 1987.
