Ivonne Chiok

Ms. Ivonne Chiok is Senior Vice President at Growth Capital Partners LP since 1998.
Ms. Chiok is responsible for all aspects of deal management including the origination, coordination and execution of company sales, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and private placements for Growth Capital Partners’ client companies.
She has experience in the engineering, consumer, industrial services, healthcare, and oilfield services industries.
Ms. Chiok is also a member of Growth Capital Partners’ Mezzanine Fund (Southwest Mezzanine Investments) where she is responsible for evaluating potential mezzanine investment opportunities in companies seeking capital funding to accelerate internal growth, fund add-on acquisitions or refinancings.
Her primary responsibilities involve performing extensive due diligence and participating in the structuring, negotiation and closing of portfolio investments.
Ms. Chiok graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1998 receiving a B.B.A.
degree in Finance.
In addition, she is a member of the Women’s Finance Exchange (Houston Chapter).
