Guy Wilkerson Adams founded GWA Capital Partners LLC in 2003, where he worked as Managing Member and Petro Investments, Inc. in 1986, where he worked as President from 1986 to 1989.
Mr. Adams also currently works at First Physicians Capital Group, Inc., as Chairman, Avem Health Partners, Inc., as Chairman, Reading International, Inc., as Independent Director from 2014, and GWA Investments LLC, as Managing Member from 2002.
Mr. Adams also formerly worked at Pacific Theaters Employees Retirement Plan, as Chairman, Exar Corp., as Independent Director from 2005 to 2007, Center Cut Hospitality, Inc., as Independent Director from 2001 to 2002, Mercer International, Inc., as Independent Director from 2011 to 2013, Microsemi Communications, Inc., as Director from 2007 to 2008, The Decurion Corp., as Investment Manager from 1989 to 1995, and Sonat Offshore Drilling, Inc., as General Manager & Area Manager-Operations.
Mr. Adams received his undergraduate degree in 1974 from Louisiana State University and Masters Business Admin degree from Harvard Business School.
