George Formandl came to EnerCap from Kilcullen Kapital Partners where he was a Partner and responsible for private equity investments into real estate, MBOs and special situations.
George is a Czech-Canadian who has been based in the region since 1997.
He joined Kilcullen Kapital Partners in 2003 after several years of consulting with A.T.
Kearney and independently.
Before that he was Managing Director of a start-up that was the first online brokerage in CEE trading on the U.S.
stock market.
George was a Founding Partner of EnerCap, where he has been responsible for origination, screening, investment management, Fund management and advisory.
He is now focused on business development as the group continues to expand its scope of business and source new renewable energy investment opportunities across the region
