Mr. Fred D.
Scott, III, is Vice President-Acquisitions at Strategic Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining SCP in September 2006, Mr. Scott was a Principal at Longwing Real Estate Ventures, LLC in New York, where he originated, underwrote, acquired and asset-managed over $285 million of properties including office and student housing apartments.
Prior to Longwing, he worked at Lazard Freres Real Estate Investors where he oversaw asset management and disposition of over $1 billion in real estate operating companies in the office, industrial, extended stay hotel and assisted living sectors.
Fred also spent four years in Prudential Securities Real Estate Investment Banking group where he worked on a variety of transactions totaling over $1.5 billion for real estate clients.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University.
