Emmanuel Rose Hermann

Mr. Emmanuel Rose Hermann is a Chief Executive Officer at Leste Financial Services Gestão de Recursos Ltda.

He was then the co-Head of the Equities division between 1998 and 2006.
After the UBS acquisition of Banco Pactual in 2006, Mr. Hermann became the Head of Global Emerging Markets Equities, Equity Derivatives Latam and Structured Products desks.
As a founding Partner of BTG Asset Management in 2009, he led the Global Equities desk.
After BTG bought Banco Pactual back from UBS, Mr. Hermann became a Director and a member of the Board of the bank until 2014.
In that same year he founded Leste.
He received his undergraduate degree from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
