Prior to joining Galen in 2005, Mr. Rhoads was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Catalina Health Resource, a pharmaceutical marketing firm.
He has also worked as a management consultant with The Wilkerson Group and held sales and marketing positions with Merck, Inc. Mr. Rhoads is an observer on the boards of several of Galen’s privately held portfolio companies.
He earned his BS and his MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.
