Devon Dodson Archer

Mr. Devon Archer is Senior Managing Partner at Rosemont Capital LLC, Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director at Rosemont Solebury Capital Management LLC, and a Managing Director at Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at Viet Thai Corp., Diamondback Tactical LLLP, Two-Twenty Records Management LLC, and Heinz Family Office.
Prior to co-founding Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners, Mr. Archer was the Co-Founder and President of Sitaro LTD, a bootstrapped CRM software company acquired by CoActive Marketing Group.
He started his career at Citibank’s direct investment group, Citicorp Asia Ltd, where he helped open the firm’s office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
He also served as Vice President at New England Financial and subsequently MetLife where he was closely involved in MetLife’s historic IPO and demutualization in 2000.
He served as an advisor to Senator John Kerry during his 2004 Presidential Campaign and co-chaired the National Finance Committee.
He serves on the board of Rosemont Realty.
Mr. Archer earned his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Yale.
