Prior to joining Perseus, Mr. Bartlett worked at Citi Private Equity, where he was involved in evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments for Citigroup’s private equity co-investment and mezzanine debt funds.
Mr. Bartlett has also worked in Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division, where he focused on M&A advisory and financing for consumer and retail companies.
Mr. Bartlett graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics-Operations Research and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
