Claus F.

Mr. Kroeger was Chairman of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association Coalition Opposing Signal Theft Committee, Chairman of the Cable Television Association of Georgia, and Treasurer of the Southern Cable Television Association.
He received a BA degree from the University of Alabama and an MS degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado.
