Profile
Mr. Warnock has practiced law in Manitoba for nearly twenty-five years.
After being called to the bar in 1982 he practiced corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on income tax and securities law, before joining Martin Weinberg and his management team at Assante.
Prior to Canterbury, Mr. Warnock served as general counsel of Assante from 1996 to 2003 and then as general counsel of Loring Ward from 2003 to 2005.
He also served as Corporate Secretary of each company.
Mr. Warnock received his LL.B. in 1981 from the University of Manitoba, where he also received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree.
