, MRECM, LEED AP, is a commercial real estate specialist in sustainable, mixed-use, urban projects with an entertainment focus.
He has managed and developed more than four million square feet of rehab and new product valued at over $500 million.
He has been active in both residential and commercial and is responsible for developing the first LEED Certified shopping center in the United States.
Mr. Levitt actively advises private clients as well as institutions on their portfolios valued at over $2.0 billion in value.
In addition to serving on the boards of numerous charitable non-profit organizations, Mr. Levitt is Vice Chair at Large of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Sustainable Development Council, Co-Chair of the ULI Colorado District Council Sustainable Communities Committee, Member of the Colorado Energy Coalition, Elected Member of the Sustainable Buildings Council of Colorado, and Member of the USGBC Colorado Chapter.
Mr. Levitt is a graduate of the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, with a Master’s of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management.
He is a United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy & Atmospheric Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, and served as a Voting Member of the Committee that created the USGBC Retail Application Guide.
