GAM International Management Ltd. (GIML) is the Great Britain-based alternative investment management subsidiary of GAM (UK) Ltd., ultimately owned by GAM Holding AG (SWX: GAM) in Switzerland. Headquartered in London, GIML was founded in 1984 and provides investment management services to a range of pooled investment vehicles, such as GAM Funds, corporate and public pension plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, foundations, endowments, corporations and other business entities.

Augustus Asset Managers Ltd. (AAML) is an independent asset management firm which was formerly known as Julius Baer Investments Limited. Established in1983 as Julius Baer Investment Management Inc., the firm became Julius Baer Investments Ltd. in 2004. In 2007 they underwent a management buyout and were renamed as Augustus Asset Managers Ltd. Located in London, AAML focuses on fixed-income and currency asset management, managing traditional long-only funds, hedge funds and absolute return funds across the risk spectrum.
