Prior to joining CRT, he worked as a trader at Fidelity Management and Research Company in Boston.
At Fidelity, he traded equities in the financial and consumer sectors on behalf of the mutual fund complex, and executed spot and forward currency transactions.
Mr. Kempler graduated from Dartmouth College in 2008 with an A.B. in History.
