Prior to joining Cutler, Mr. Kline was a Chief Financial Officer at Skyworks from January 2004 to August 2007.
Before that, he served as CFO of FiberMark, Inc., Brattleboro, Vt.; Acterna Corporation, Burlington, Mass., and CrossComm Corp., Durham, N.C.
He also served as Vice President at O'Connor, Wright Wyman Inc., Boston, and as a Director of Acterna and CrossComm.
He is currently a director of BTI Systems, Ottawa, Canada, and the Massachusetts Network Communications Council.
He began his career at Arthur Young & Company in 1969, where he was a partner for six years.
Mr. Kline received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
