TP ICAP Midcap keeps Maisons du Monde under review after its refinancing

The furniture and home decor chain is down 37% on the Paris stock market, with the share price off 85% since the start of the year. The group said on Friday that it had signed a conciliation agreement related to the group's refinancing. Two funds specializing in turnarounds of distressed companies, the Alteri Investors consortium and Eicos Investment Group, are providing €45.7m, including €33m of new cash for the company and €12.7m earmarked for the buyback of bank debt. TP ICAP Midcap is keeping the name under review.
