SHINSEGAE Inc. (KOSE:A004170) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 105,000 million pursuant to a contract with SAMSUNG SECURITIES CO,. LTD. The program is aimed at enhancing shareholder value and stock price stabilization.
The repurchase program is valid till February 7, 2025. As of May 7, 2024, the company had 400,000 shares within scope available for dividend and had 8,774 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
